Liyanda Handula
CEO, Founder
Liyanda Handula is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Masithuthuke Holdings (Pty) Ltd, a leading skills development enterprise that has transformed lives across South Africa. With more than a decade of experience in both the private sector and state-owned enterprises, he has established himself as a respected leader in the fields of education, training, and development. His career includes senior leadership roles at UK Trade and Investment as well as several Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETAs). Currently, he serves as the Deputy Chairperson of the Association of Private Providers of Education, Training and Development (APPETD), where he continues to advocate for quality skills development and sustainable growth in the sector. Academically accomplished, Mr. Handula holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), is a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner, and is pursuing a PhD with a research focus on lean management principles. His vision and commitment have positioned Masithuthuke Holdings as a trusted partner in empowering individuals and communities through education and training. His leadership has been widely recognized through prestigious awards, including the 2014 Black Business Quarterly Awards (First Runner-up), the 2019 BBQ Awards (Finalist, Community Builder of the Year),the 2019 Top Empowered Entrepreneur of the Year Award and Businessman of the Year (2025) at the BBQ Business Awards, affirming his continued impact and excellence.

Lebo Molapo
Quality Assurance Manager (ETQA)
Moleboheng (Lebo) Molapo is the Education and Training Quality Assurance (ETQA) Manager at Masithuthuke Holdings, with extensive experience in quality assurance, accreditation, and skills development programme implementation. She is responsible for managing the ETD Quality Management System and ensuring compliance with SETA and regulatory requirements across all training projects. Lebo plays a key role in overseeing accreditation processes, audit preparation, and stakeholder engagement with statutory bodies and partners. Her expertise includes quality assurance monitoring, reporting, materials development oversight, and continuous improvement of ETQA processes. She previously worked with a number of training providers, where she supported curriculum and training material development. Lebo holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management and Marketing and an Honours degree in Strategic Management, along with a Practical Labour Law certificate from the University of Cape Town. Through her work, she contributes to strengthening quality and compliance within the education and training sector in South Africa.

Gregory Itumeleng Monyane is a highly experienced Learning & Development Specialist and Skills Development Practitioner with over 20 years of experience across the automotive sector, public sector, and financial services industries. His experience includes automotive manufacturing and component-related skills programmes aligned with industry standards. He has extensive expertise in SETA management, learnerships, apprenticeships, bursaries, training needs analysis, quality assurance, HR legislative compliance, BBBEE Skills Development, and Employment Equity implementation. Gregory is a registered Skills Development Facilitator, Assessor, and Moderator, with a strong ability to align organisational learning interventions with industry quality frameworks and compliance standards, including IATF-aligned competence requirements. He has a proven track record in stakeholder engagement, programme implementation, and driving workforce development initiatives that support organisational performance and industry transformation.
